A buzz is building for the Lady Eagles!  Head coach Kristopher Hanks can sense it and he’s excited to see the women’s soccer team take the field in August. “We’ve had great success on the recruiting trail.” he says. “From talented club team players to high school state champions, we have a great balance of skill and experience.”

When Coach Hanks took the helm in May of 2018, he was enthusiastic about the potential for women’s soccer at Wake Tech. “I’m thrilled to be part of a cultural revolution in the women’s soccer program,” he continues. “I’m proud to have the chance to work with our student athletes to change how Region X and the NJCAA perceives us.”

Performance on and off the field is important to Coach Hanks.  For him, having players ready for the real world is a top priority. “It’s important to be in class. You come to school for one reason, to graduate,” he says, “Being able to use your diploma to guarantee a better life for yourself and your family is critical.”Both the women’s and men’s soccer teams play their home games at Ting Park in Holly Springs.
